Diego Costa and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang have constantly been linked to Chinese Super League club Tianjin Quanjian. The league is notoriously known for it’s big-money deals and it seems another player is on the way to the far east.
Shu Yuhui, owner of Tianjin Quanjian, confessed to Chinese media today, “A decision on which player we are going to buy in the summer has been made and we have secured a verbal agreement with the player as well as his club.”
The owner remained coy on the name of the player as he has learned from past mistakes, “We have not signed a formal contract yet. We had the experience of losing a player due to the leaking of information before, so this time I won't tell you a name."
Only time will tell which one of these talented strikers it is. Yuhui, concluded with, "‘We will get (at least) one, but two (signings from Europe) is also possible."
